Where to look

• Shippers — start with the API Reference for Orders to learn how to create deliveries through Abbiamo.
• Carriers — start with Welcome carrier for the integration onboarding flow (webhook registration, status updates, homologation).

Operational guides

• Pickup pincode — seller-to-driver flow — the traditional model where the carrier owns the PIN and the store operator passes it to the driver at handover. Already in production.
• Pickup pincode — driver-to-seller flow — the newer model where Abbiamo owns the PIN, the driver shows it to the operator, and Abbiamo validates the collection. Opt-in per shipper × carrier integration.
